Job responsibilities
- Assist to provide/support services to clients and end users of workarounds or solving applications &
systems usage, problems and/or issues
- Coordinate with and lead other support parties or IT vendors of solving the problems or issues
- Communicate with management, clients and end users on support progress and results
- Provide documentation services, e.g. maintain Support Operation Guide, IT inventory list,
Problem/Issue Log, Change Request Report, etc.
- Perform IT services of hardware/software installation, configurations, PC support, backup/restore,
security updates, patch management, software licenses updates, testing and UAT, etc.
Qualifications
- Diploma holder or above in IT related disciplines
- At least 1 year of working experience in related IT fields
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Cantonese and English speaking
- Mandarin speaking is favorable
- Overtime work will be required
- Candidate with less experience would be considered as Service Engineer
- Fresh Graduates are welcome

- Based on the company's business objectives, formulate CRM strategic goals and organize their
implementation;
- Based on user needs and business needs, combine business data and market feedback with the company's
phased strategic goals, propose a CRM product development plan, and continuously optimize and improve
CRM products;
- Adopt effective operational methods to acquire and retain customers, increase user activity and
stickiness, and increase member registration, purchase, satisfaction and repurchase rates;
- Responsible for establishing user membership classification, classification management and marketing
systems, formulating implementation plans to deeply explore member needs, and improving member
activity and retention rates;
- Manage and cultivate the CRM operation team, improve users and drive overall user growth and
interactive behavior through effective operation methods;
- Analyze the behavior path and life cycle of users within the platform, study user psychology and
user behavior, and build a user relationship management model;
- Carry out follow-up user quality monitoring for users in each channel, cooperate with data
analysis, provide user quality reports for different channels, and be responsible for the sales
results generated by users;
Qualifications
- English CET-6 or above, bachelor degree;
- Have more than 5 years of experience in CRM related brand services
- Work conscientiously and responsibly, have strong ability to withstand pressure, and be able to
proactively accept new knowledge;
- Strong logical thinking, strong summary and reporting ability, and able to formulate effective
marketing and promotion plans based on analysis results;
- Familiar with using OFFICE office software and able to use Excel for in-depth data processing and
analysis;
- Excellent cross-team resource integration and project management capabilities.

- Responsible for the operation and launch of multiple projects in the overseas region (Southeast
Asia, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan) in preparation.
- Liaise with various product development teams, coordinate with distribution departments, and ensure
stable launch and long-term operation of products.
- Assist senior management in building product business models and utilize data analysis during
operations to enhance overall product performance.
- Coordinate user-related tasks, including but not limited to content release, community management,
customer service coordination, and maintaining key clients.
- Establish partnerships with various types of third parties in overseas regions as required and
independently drive cooperation.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in overseas operations, with a bachelor's degree or above.
- Familiarity with the legal policies and relevant legal qualification application processes in target
distribution regions.
- Excellent language skills and psychological resilience, able to handle project pressures.
- Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills.
- English proficiency is preferred as a working language.
- Prior possession of overseas partnership resources is advantageous.
